These terms govern your purchase and use of Agency OS Lite, sold by Varshith Content House (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you agree to them in full.

1. What you are buying

Agency OS Lite is a self-paced digital product. It includes recorded modules, an AI chatbot trained on our frameworks, cohort recordings, masterclasses, and templates and resources, delivered through our Skool community.

We may add, update, or retire individual pieces of content over time. The overall product remains available to you, but no specific individual item is guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.

2. Price and payment

The price is ₹6,200, inclusive of GST. Payment is processed by Razorpay. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully captured.

We may change the price at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

3. Delivery and access

After successful payment you will receive an invitation to the Agency OS Skool community at the email address you provide. Access is granted to you personally.

It is your responsibility to give a correct, working email address. If you do not receive access, contact us and we will resolve it.

4. All sales are final

Because this is digital content delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. By purchasing, you confirm you have read and accepted it.

5. Licence and restrictions

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own learning and your own business. You may not:

• share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the content;
• share your account or access credentials with anyone else;
• record, copy, or republish the material, in whole or in part;
• use the content to build or market a competing course or training product.

All content remains our intellectual property. Breaching this section may result in access being revoked without refund.

6. Community conduct

Access depends on respectful participation. We may remove access, without refund, for harassment, spam, promotion of unrelated offers, sharing of paid material, or any conduct that harms other members.

7. No guarantee of results

Nothing in this product constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase or use of the product is limited to the amount you actually paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

9. Third-party platforms

The product is delivered through Skool and payments are handled by Razorpay. Their availability and their own terms are outside our control.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revision date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the product after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
