Why sales are final

Agency OS Lite is delivered as instantly accessible digital content — recorded modules, templates, community recordings and downloadable resources. Once access has been granted, the material cannot be returned, and its value has already been transferred to you in full.

Because of this, by completing your purchase you expressly acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to digital content and that you waive any right of cancellation once access has been provided.

What this means before you buy

• Please read the product description in full before paying.
• Confirm that the format — self-paced, recorded, community-based — suits how you want to learn.
• If you have any question at all about what is included, ask us before you purchase. We answer every pre-sale question.

Order cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed. If a payment fails or is interrupted, no order is created and no amount is captured; any amount your bank has placed on hold in such a case is released automatically by your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–7 working days. This is handled by your bank, not by us.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment-gateway error, contact us with your payment ID and we will investigate. Where a genuine duplicate charge is confirmed, the duplicate amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Access problems

If you have paid but have not received access to the Skool community, this is a delivery issue, not a refund matter — contact us and we will make sure you get access.
